This is the panel I am going to be using for my first attempt at an art quilt. As you can see, it is a lovely view of the Northern Lights.
This is the fabric I will be using for the border and backing.
And this fabric along with some crystals and decorative stitching is what I am going to use to turn the whole thing into something different-I hope. I will keep you posted.
The middle photo was taken with my tablet. The camera kept turning the off green wavy strips into blue so tried the tablet. I can see this additional toy is going to be even more useful than I anticipated.
